I recently bought the doorbell cam 3 plus , it has not been a week since I bought it and the 2 way audio is not working. The people can hear me but I can not hear the people when they ring or when I use the app .
Hi @Ajsal. Try resetting the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After that’s done, follow the steps under Set Up a Device to set it back up in the Ring App again. Should the 2-way audio still not work properly after these steps, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. They’ll be able to look at this more closely with you.
