Wired Spotlight pro cam lights won’t stay on

I have a wired Spotlight pro cam. The light will only stay on for 30 secs when triggered and if you move again it doesn’t reactiveate so you’re in darkness which is not helpful. Any idea how this can be changed? I had no problem with my old camera.

Hi @Arrendene. If the lights on your Spotlight Cam Pro are not working correctly, try rebooting your Camera from the Ring app to see if it helps. Also, try toggling off the setting for Motion-Activated Lights and toggling it back on. This setting can be found in your Camera’s Light Settings.
