Wired camera offline

Security camera used to work. Verified the security camera has power and Wifi. My security camera other ring devices are connected to same router and have been for sometime. When I go through the set up it says my device is connected but in the app I still shows disconnected. What’s next?

Hi @user3199. Make sure your Ring App and smartphone’s OS are fully updated. If they are and it’s still showing as disconnected in the Ring App, you may want to try resetting the Ring Camera fully and setting it back up. To reset it, hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once the reset is done, follow the steps under Set Up a Device to get the Camera back up and running in the Ring App. Let me know if this helps. :slight_smile:
