My devices all show up fine on my iOS apps, but no devices show up on the Windows App. Why is this please?

Thank you for sharing your experience with us regarding the Ring Windows app. The reason you are not seeing your new devices in the Windows app is because it no longer receives device or feature updates, though they will continue to receive critical security and bug updates. We suggest using Ring.com to view your devices on a desktop computer. The team here is continuously working to add features to improve your Ring.com experience. very disappointed. i am trying to view a critical event on something besides by iphone.
Hi @user41149. You can view your critical event on Ring.com. You can also download the event and view it on any compatible device.
