Wifi password

My ring doorbell stopped working and when I try and reconnect it tells me my wifi password is wrong. It offers my internet and when I put the password in it says it’s wrong! It’s 100% correct. I have fully charged the ring door No questions. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing seems to work. Any thoughts anyone?…

This is the same error I get when trying to reconnect here. Have been unable to connect to wifi since 5/26. Have tried resetting and reinstalling the doorbell and still does the same thing.

Hey neighbours. When going through the setup process and you are prompted to select your WiFi information, be sure to put all of this information in manually and do not select the remembered network. Let me know if this helps.

I cant use my camera as it refuses my password shen iv entered it correctly every time ,any ideas on if this can be helped or do i meed return as falty ?
