About ring pro, every 10/12 months the wifi connection is lost but no changes are made and all the other devices work regularly
Hi @max2591. This could be do to your ISP or WiFi router performing an annual update. I would check with your ISP to see if this is the case.
What a load of rubbish, if this was the case then all other devices would be affected.
Agree its definitely a device issue as ive tried everything .Ring support are non existent. Numerous emails sent with no replys .
