Hi, I have a doorbell and security camera and both have worked fine for 2 years but now just says offline. All over devices are connected to wifi. Have restarted router and followed trouble shooting advice on ring website but still not connecting. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi @user42563. You can find steps on how to reconnect your Ring Doorbell and Camera to wifi [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network). Make sure your Ring devices are within about 20-25 feet of the router, as a [good signal](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Checking-Wifi-Signal-Strength) is needed for connection. If that doesn't work, you can also try a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. Should you receive any error messages during the setup process, try the troubleshooting steps [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217240386-In-App-Setup-Failing-Repeatedly). If you're still unable to connect your Doorbell or Camera after trying the above, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) for more in-depth troubleshooting assistance. If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.
