I have a new network connection I changed from Optium to Fios my ring doorbell 2 is not connecting. How do I connect it
Hey @MoandFrankie1. You may need to address the ports and protocols on your new network to allow the Ring device to connect. You may need to reach out to your ISP to make these changes. Once this is done, go into the Ring app > Main Menu > Devices > Doorbell > Device Health > Reconnect to Wifi. Let me know where you get stuck in the reconnection process if you do!
