Hi, anyone have the issue where door bell pro cannot see WiFi , even though the network is perfect , and also tried using my neighbour’s WiFi
However I receive the following error when I am in set up mode
Unable to join ring WiFi error message is
Ring unable to join network , Ring 5F 9878
Any ideas please
Having the same issue was working fine for a year then bam !!@ came home to it disconnected . Can’t join temp set up network just says unable . Sent emails to customer support no answers as yet
