I’m on a location subscription with ring but you sent me an email saying I was only on a trial. What’s up?
Hello @BeeBoy. If you add a new Ring device to your account, it will add a 30-day Ring Protect trial to your account, even if you already have a subscription. Once the trial expires, you will not see this message anymore. If this is not your case, give our support team a call to look into your account further to see why you have received this email. The Community is a public forum; therefore, we do not have access to your account to further investigate.
