Why is my ring 3 not recording everything. The was some trouble last night and cameras didnt catch any of it!
Hi @Tazzie91. When you say Ring 3, are you referring to the Ring Video Doorbell 3? You can find more information on how to adjust the Motion Zones for your Ring Doorbell or Camera in our Help Center Article here. Sometimes it takes a bit of trial and error to find which motion settings work best for your devices and your home. You also want to check the Motion Frequency and Modes settings as well to ensure motion detection and recording is enabled. I hope this information helps!
