You can find more information on how to adjust the Motion Zones for your Ring Doorbell or Camera in our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210243483-Utilizing-Motion-Zones-with-your-Ring-Devices). Sometimes it takes a bit of trial and error to find which motion settings work best for your devices and your home. You also want to check the [Motion Frequency](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003477106-Understanding-and-Optimizing-Motion-Detection-with-Motion-Frequency) and [Modes settings](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036107792-Control-All-your-Ring-Devices-with-Modes) as well to ensure motion detection and recording is enabled.
