Why have both my 12 month Basic plans been cancelled?

I set up a Basic Plan in December 2022cfor 12 months and added a second plan for 12 months in January 2023. I was able to save videos on both devices. Yesterday I get an email from Ring telling me that both Plans have been cancelled. Not by me they haven’t. I am unable to contact Ring by phone at present as I M o holiday, does anyone have an email or WhatsApp address I can get hold of them?
