When motion is detected or you live view at when dark you either can’t see anything or visibility is extremely reduced due to the lines across the screen.
Hi @user60888. I would try the following steps for your concern:
Verify your Doorbell has a good signal strength.
Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then reconnect it to your wifi.
