I contacted the customer service today to arrange the return of my ring security kit. The cs said an email would be sent to me soon for the label printing. Several hours have passed and I have not found the email in the mailbox or SPAM. Can anyone help me with it? I don’t want to wait for another hour to speak to cs again. Thanks!

Hi @NewUser! If you have still not received a return label via email, I recommend following the return process in this help center article. There is a link in the beginning that will allow you to create your own return of your Ring device.
