Why is it taking so long for a refund? I contacted Ring customer service, 30 minutes, was told I can’t talk to anyone in the billing department. I then did a chat on Ring and was told to verify my account on Amazon…why? I bought it directly from ring.com! Why couldn’t I just generate the code on my ring app? So I verify on my Amazon account, then I’m told to give my order number, again, didn’t order from Amazon. So I open ring.com, get the order number. Spent over an hour on chat just to be told they will send a message to billing…just give me my damn refund!!
Same here, been waiting 9 days since being promised a refund. Also had the same palaver Amazon account etc even though I’d bought from Ring direct. Come on Ring, refunds shouldn’t take this long!!
Sorry to hear about this neighbors! As mentioned in our Return Policy help center article, once we receive your product(s), the full amount of the returned devices will be refunded to the original payment source used within 7 to 10 business days.

You can get on 10 calls with them and never get an answer. Ring has the worst customer service of any company in my experience. Good luck getting the refund, it’ll be an uphill battle, I guarantee it.
