My free trial of Protect Plus ends Feb 3. I jusy now signed up and paid for the plan for a year. When does monitoring start? I wasn’t asked to provide a password, so if there’s an incident and I get a call, I won’t be able to identify myself. What’s happening?
I called customer service and learned that monitoring does not start automatically when you purchas the Protect Plus plan. You need to log into your account and sign up for monitoring. I did that, and everyhting seems to be ok now.
