I used to be able to see a battery level for my stick up cams when I would go into device health. The battery level is no longer there. Anybody know what happened to this? Is there a way to get it back?
Hi there, @RayoJay! This could depend on Camera model, or power modes, but when powered by battery, the Device Health should indicate your battery level. In the Ring app, visit your Stick Up Camera and then it’s Device Health page. There you should see a section for battery or power, in which tapping on the symbol, or status, should display a percentage. I hope this helps!
