Totally unable to reset account passwords with Firefox. Hitting the forgotten password button itself never progresses but it would never send an email. Requesting a password reset email in the phone app works but trying to set the password itself fails every time with either mobile or desktop Firefox. It said "authentication token expired" every time I tried with Firefox but it seemed to work the first time with Edge.

Hi @Batboy1. Try setting your password with another browser, if you haven't successfully reset it already. I'd also recommend ensuring the browser you use is fully updated. If you have any VPNs on your phone or computer, disable these while using the Ring app or Ring.com as Ring does not support the user of VPNs and it may be impacting your ability to reset your password in the browser.
