Wake screen option

I have an Android Galaxy S10 running Android version 11. I have the Ring app installed and all notifications set to show/display etc. The problem is when the phone is on silent (no ringtone) the notifications do not wake up the screen. Ideally, there should be an option to allow the screen to wake up so I can see the notification come in without having ring or noise as well. Can this be implemented?
