Hi all. I just want to say that the app works great on my iPad and other halfs Pixel 7. We can hear and contact whoever is at the door. The problem is when I’m using my personal phone, a Pixel 6. The only sound I can get through to the doorbell is when I aggressively tap the microphone on my phone.

I’ve looked through volume settings on my phone, cleared caches, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, removed and added the device again, and it seems that I’ve run out of options.

Obviously this is a phone issue rather than the bell. Has anyone had the same issues and how did you rectify it? It kind of defeats the purpose of buying the bell as I wanted to communicate with deliveries to the house when I’m out.
