Voice On Keypad Way Too Low

I know others have mentioned this, but it’s been months and nothing’s changed. We’ve finally been able to install our Ring Alarm Second Gen and while the chirps adjust with the volume slider in the app, the VOICE does NOT change volume! Neither of us can hear it unless we’re right on top of the keypad and it’s still very, very low volume. This needs to change. The unit doesn’t need to yell at us, but three feet from the unit and it’s almost impossible to hear, especially if there’s any other background noise in the house. Please do something about this. After all this time, this problem should have been addressed by now.
