Voice alert missing

The voice alert (There´s someone at your door) has disappeared from the ring tone Ring Default. Have tried reinstalling, restarting phone and app, still no voice. The ring tone itself works, doorbell ok,chime ok. Phone is Motorola E5,Android.What should I do?Rgds RaySweden
