I just signed up for the plan as our subscription has expired. I believe someone may have stolen packages off my step today and I want to be able to view the footage from this afternoon but it’s not letting me. Is there no way to access those videos. The app does not open fast enough on my phone when the bell goes off to see who is there. I need to know who took my packages.
Hey @Tjoquinn. Whenever there is a lapse in coverage for a Ring Protect Plan, any previously recorded videos will be removed and inaccessible. Even after re-subscribing, since there was a lapse, the videos will be inaccessible. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you! Rest assured that as long as your plan is active and ongoing, you should be able to view any future videos you may miss.
