Videos keep buffering when looking back at motion detected on same day. Not able to view the video


Can anyone tell me how to fix this? It happens on the same wifi network as well as if im away using my personal internet. They are only a few weeks old so should be up to date with software.

Hi @LDST. I’d recommend starting with the troubleshooting tips and tricks in our Help Center Article here. These cover what to do when the Live View or recorded videos aren’t working. The most common causes of not being able to access the Live View or view a recorded video are:

  • A poor connection between your mobile device and the internet
  • Slow internet upload and download speeds
  • A poor connection between your Ring device and your router.
