hi i have a ring doorbell and it may be possible that a possible criminal (not convited )
past my doorbells view at around 3.10am on the 8th of october
im looking at that day and all i can see is motion triggers of me taking the cat to the vet but this is a hour later! i would really like to help the police is it possible to ge this footage i may be worth having from 2.40pm till 3.50pm if possible.
i think i have the video doorbell pro and basic plan.

Hi @hellobour. If you motion was detected and it triggered a recording it will be available in your Event History Timeline. If it is not there, there is not way to get a video from that time because no recording took place. I hope this helps.
