When I go to view my videos I get a file not supported message

Hi @JamesG1, when you are attempting to via your videos, is this within the Ring app, or after you’ve downloaded the video and trying to play back on your phone or computer?

If you could please include more detail on what software you are viewing this on (iOS, Android, Mac, Windows) and if you are trying to view the video within the Ring app, or after it’s been downloaded and trying to view from your photos gallery or a file folder on your computer!

Additionally, please ensure you have an active Ring Protect Plan subscription in order to view any videos in your event history.
