Is there a particular format for downloaded videos (Windows 10, Chrome, downloaded from ring.com)? I am interested in date-ordering videos without the need to individually name each file …

If there is a format from which I can determine the capture date, would you please share this with us? If the filename is simply an accession code, please accept this message as a request to add a capture date to the download filename.

I read that the files are in a zip format. That’s fine. But I can’t find mention anywhere of where the file is downloaded to on my PC. That seems like a pretty important detail. Paying for a service to save the files is pretty silly if I can’t find the downloaded file later. I’ve looked in downloads, videos, and every Ring folder.
