Video Doorbell Wired Unusual Device Name...Hacked?
Hi all, First time posting here but not new to Ring devices. Hoping to see if I am the only one experiencing this weird issue. I got the new Video Doorbell Wired about a month ago and the trial monitoring plan just expired. I went ahead to renew the subscription under basic plan (just wanted to see history on the doorbell) and noticed that the device factory name is "Graham Cracker"....See the image below....Isn't this not normal? I feel like its name should be Video Doorbell Wired just like my other devices showing its factory name...Is mine getting hacked? Thanks everyone!

I have exactly the same thing on my Video Doorbell Wired and discovered it exactly the same way. I just wasted 45 minutes trying to figure out if there was some security problem. This needs to be fixed!!! And NO, I don't like the answer - it may be a "small backend error" to you, but to end users a possible hacked account is no small thing!
