Video DoorBell not responding

The ring video doorbell 3 plus is not working. It has a steady white on the ring button. I tried to reset a few times, as well as unplug the ring without any luck. The device is not responding. The Wi-Fi is also not an issue. Not sure what else can be done to get my ring working again.

Hi @EusebiuS. When resetting your Doorbell, make sure you’re holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Also ensure that the battery has been fully charged via the provided charging cable and inserted into the Doorbell before attempting the reset.
