Video doorbell based on solar charger

Hi I have video doorbell with solar wall panel. It is my recharging nowadays. Has stopped working. Do I need a new solar panel or what ? Can’t see any place for a battery

Hi @Drskhan. If your Solar Panel is no longer charging your Doorbell, try the following steps:

  • Wipe down the solar panels on your Solar Charger with a soft cloth to make sure there is no dirt or debris on them.

  • Verify it is still getting a few hours of direct sunlight.

  • Reboot your Ring Doorbell using the Ring app.
