Verification issue

I’m having trouble reviving my verification code. I can’t get it through as I don’t have access anymore to my old number. I don’t know how else to verify it to my new device

Hi @user58184. If you’re unable to receive the verification code to log into your Ring account, we have an alternative verification method outlined in this Help Center article. Once you’re verified and logged back in, you’ll be able to update your phone number on your Ring account.
