Use LoRa technology to allow long range low power bridge connection between alarm and alarm sensor in apartment storage room

I and many (potential) alarm users live in apartment buildings with the alarm in the apartment. Most apartments have a storage room at the ground floor or in the basement which is the most vulnerable to intrusions.
LoRa chipsets are able to communicate using weak low power signals (and low data rate) over large distances: ideal for passing signals through multiple concrete walls and floors.
So why not make a LoRa bridge device set to link a motion detector in the basement with the alarm system a few floors up? No other alarm system has this yet. If it sells (which it will), then you can give me a 10% share for the idea
