Hey - I am on the basic protection plan with 3 devices - £34.99 each per year… I an upgrade to £80 to include all 3 devices… a good deal but I have paid up till Decemver 2024… it is asking me to pay now, but dont need it to statrt until Dec… unless they refund me which I doubt

Hello. Today I have just upgraded to Protect Plus for my two devices that were paid yearly in advance from September 2023 on basic plans. I logged into my account selected one of my devices and chose the upgrade option. Ring automatically cancelled the old plans and refunded the unused portion of the original plans. Upgrading from basic plan to the Protect Plus, covering all household devices, would save you money.
