My ring doorbell has been updating for hours, this isn’t the first time this is happened and I had to reset my doorbell to factory settings. Would really like not to resort that again
Hi @user21643. Did the update on your Doorbell successfully finish? I'd recommend checking the [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229#M4) for your Doorbell on the Device Health page to make sure your Doorbell has a strong and stable connection to your wifi network. Otherwise an update could take longer than expected.
