Updating Event History program to allow deleting old history by timeframe

Currently, our options to delete Event History is either by selecting individual events or “Delete All.”
I recommend modifying the “Delete All” button to include the option of deleting messages based on the age of the event (e.g., >7 days old, >14 dates old, >30 days old)
