How do i update my subscription from monthly to annual? I have followed the instructions via chat link. But does not let me update plan, only option is to cancel plan.
Hi @user38681. If you do not see an option to change your plan on Ring.com, I’d recommend following up with our support team for further assistance. You can give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. Due to how billing works, they may need to assist with canceling your current plan and signing you up for the annual plan instead.
