I have tried to set up my new security camera several times and it does not work correctly. I don’t get notifications, I can’t view anything live online and the setup guide is very poorly designed. So I decided to send it back. Really unsatisfied.
Even worse. I am trying to close my RIng account. Can’t find anywhere a delete account button, can’t find anything in the FAQs. What a poor customer service experience. Also no helpline nothing. So if any real person is reading this, please close my RIng account or let me know how to do it.
