Unacceptable you can’t rotate video on outdoor Stick Up Camera!
Every competitor out there allows users to flip the video to accommodate ceiling mounting cameras. It’s simply unacceptable for Ring to not have this included in the software. I just bought 4 cameras, installed two of them, and I’m about to return them all to the retailer I bought them from.

See @BigIsland post #60 in this thread and also in many other threads on this topic. This is not a software limitation or a problem fixed by simply allowing the image to be rotated. Water can get into these cameras when mounted upside down outside. It could still be corrected but it will require a design and manufacturing change and even small changes are not cheap to implement. I'm quite okay with NOT being able to rotate the video ... IF Ring included the Mount for Stick Up Cam. This is quite ridiculous that there is no inverted solution out of the box. This nickel and dime nonsense is pretty ridiculous. C'mon Ring ...

Have to agree with everyone in this one. Community has been campaigned for a fix for a year now. Same for the doorbell. And still nothing. Really disappointing.

So, if the outdoor stick up doesn't allow you to rotate the image (image NOT camera), how come one of mine has done exactly that, by it's own volition. I was looking at live view when it happned!

Can we get a response from a rep please? This clearly isn't solved. It's weird to see an amazon company providing poor customer service, it's always great on amazon.com :confused:
