Same here! I’ve just installed a new Ring Doorbell Wired. I can connect to live view only 60% of the time despite having 35RSSI and putting the doorbell within meters of an access point. All other cameras (x6) work 100%. Snapshot, presses, Motion notifications work perfectly - just not live view.

Hey neighbors! Try out the [Rapid Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360028023571-Rapid-Ring-App-Information), as it is designed for the quickest access to live view. Good call on checking out your [RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229), as this will ensure for optimal wifi signal. Your suggestion to try Rapid Ring app doesn't change anything. Still won't connect to live view. It is frustrating. Another thing is why oh why Ring won't have integrated report issue form in app, instead of logging fault in forum/Community board. Chat/phone available US Times I was expecting more from this company.

Is everyone still having this issue? I have a video doorbell 2 and suddenly I am unable to view the live stream from IOS. It works fine through a desktop browser (chrome) and the android app. status.ring.com shows an issue on the 8th, but it says it has been resolved. I'm still having this issue.

I am still having this problem with live view being inaccessible. It’s been 2 weeks now. When is ring going to fix this issue???

Hi I have the same issue. All other users can access live view but not me. De-installed app, check WiFi signal etc all good. Installed rapid ring but that has a fault that keeps bringing up the volume panel repeatidly. Completely stumped. Time to upgrade to alternative device I think
