When I sign in to ring.com and go to my name and “add plan”, the page is blank and propts me to download the app, which I already have. It doesn’t register the device I want to subscribe.
Hey @annaucd. Please ensure that you are not doing this with a VPN enabled on your network, and from a computer’s browser, as some mobile browsers may not process the plan request. In addition, you can try clearing your cache and cookies and using another browser if you were already seeing this concern on a web browser.
