I have an odd one Ring Support were not able to assist me with. I can log into Ring.com fine, and access my dashboard, history etc all fine. BUT using the same credentials I can’t seem to log into the Ring Shop. I access the Shop on the “Ring Shop” icon on the top right corner.
This redirects me to https://en-uk.ring.com/ and thats where I can’t seem to login.
Chrome and Safari on Mac. I have deleted cookies etc. Issue is present on both.
Anyone else had this?
[UPDATE] Although I can’t seem to login via the “Already have an account” when checking out, if I continue and pop my details in again, it does recognise me and applys the Ring Protect Discount so all is good.
