Unable to connect my Ring Doorbell Pro WiFi


Our Doorbell disconnected and connected automatically. So i decided to reset it and re-connect. But after reset it’s wifi not connected with unable to connect message. I tried with multiple devices but no luck. Then i decided to completely remove from my app and removed app and reinstalled it in my mobile. Then tried to setup as a new device but this also not helping. I have tried all the possible ways to connect my Video Doorbell pro. I have a another ring camera that is working fine because i have connected that first time.

Not sure if i missed anything to that could help to connect. Can ring support technician could come to my home and fix this issue?

I’d suggest trying all the troubleshooting steps here, which are used when the setup process is failing. Ensure you have your current wifi network name and password on hand during the setup process.
