Worked in our last house, moved houses and now it wont connect to the app. "Unable to join network “ChimePro” , app says to manually connect to Ring wifi, but there is NO ring wifi to connect to. Tried deleting app and reinstalling, tried new plug, what else is next?
Hi @Daesania. I would recommend resetting the Chime Pro by holding down the button on the side for 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, try to walk through the setup process again in the Ring App by following the steps under Set Up a Device.
