Unable to connect chime after setting up door bell

I have tried to connect my chime but it says 5 digit code is wrong, it’s the only 5 digit code i can see.

Hi @Whiteflower. Are you setting up a Ring Chime or Chime Pro? Additionally, where are you seeing this 5 digit code? If possible, please share a screenshot of the part of the setup process you’re currently at in the Ring App, that way I can get a better idea of what you’re seeing. :slight_smile:
