I got this error page every time I tried to cancel my subscription.
All the devices on my account have been deactivated.

Hi @nauisica. The suggestion mentioned by @lalalala is a good step to take. If you are logged into the correct account, try using a different web browser to log in and cancel your Protect Plan. Try using a different phone, tablet, or computer as well. If these steps do not work, give our support team a call for further assistance.
