Unable to add/select My Q device

I have installed the my q app and it works with Amazon key, Alexa and shows the garage door in the ring app but does not allow me to select it to continue.

I have tried turning off my WiFi, reboots, etc

Please help

Hi @99taws6. There are a few different things you can try in order to resolve this. First, try to unlink your Amazon account from the Ring app. After that, uninstall the Ring app, reboot your phone, and reinstall the Ring app. This will ensure that you are running on the latest version of the app and you are properly integrated. After you’ve signed into the Ring app, connect your MyQ and then your Amazon account. Let me know if this does the trick for you!
