It would be easier if you use the Alexa app to add the Ring skill. It will apply to all your devices then as well.

Hi teamI face the same issue, I have ring wired doorbell and echo show 8 gen2.I did link ring and Amazon accountsAnd when I search for ring in the skills and games in Alexa app, I couldn't get it. Attached the screenshot
