I have an IT guy who helps me keep my infrastructure, including my Ring devices running. Periodically, when he logs into my ring account I get a 2FA text message on my phone. I travel a lot. When I am on an airplane, I don’t get the text message, nor can I call my IT guy to get him the code.
How can I setup my account to fix this problem? Can I get the 2FA code sent to multiple phone numbers? Can I use e-mail instead text messages? Any other ideas?
