Trying to talk to someone at Ring on my order. Package was damage in middle of shipping. Need update

Trying to talk to someone at Ring on my order. I received a shipping status update that the package was damaged during transit and it was shipped back to Ring. That was a week ago and I have no other updates. Trying to see in another package is on way,etc. I cannot find a way to actually talk to someone through the US 800 number. Need some guidance on how to pursue. Thanks (no good category/sub category to choose for this post)
