Trying to puechase protect plans

I am trying to purchase a protect plan for my 2nd ring but can not connect to the accounts part on the website, i have tried from my phone and desktop and it keeps saying that it cant connect. I can get to every other part of the website, I just cant sign up

-What browser and devices are being used?

  • Are you primarily using Cell Network or WiFi? What is the strength of the signal?

  • Can you please, step by step, let us know what steps you have taken to try and access the My Plans page? A screen recording would be perfect :slight_smile:
